As many of you know we closed down the La Conner Boutique for a week.
During that week we took the time to update our website. Which I have to admit looks pretty freaking awesome. If you haven't had the chance to explore our Web Pages, please do so. Along with all of that hard work we though it was also the perfect time to start checking things off of our Fall Bucket List. Here is what we did in order to welcome and celebrate the Wonderful Fall Season.
I think that it might be impossible to go through the Fall Season and not find yourself spending some time in an Apple Orchard picking Beautiful Apple straight from the tree. We had a blast looking for the biggest and most well rounded Apples there where. There were even a few pesky Apples that we had to use a bit of Team Work to reach. Once we had our basket full of Apples the possibilities of what we could make were endless. We actually made Cinnamon Apples with some of our gatherings. Check out our Favorite Fall Recipes Blog Post to find out how we did.
This year as our Spooky Leap into the Dark. We decided to try going through a Corn Maze in the Dark that was infested with Zombies. Truthfully we had to split into two groups. One group was brave enough to face off with the Zombies in the Dark Corn Maze. The other group (my group) we a little too chicken, but still went through a Corn Maze in the Dark. We just decided to skip out on getting the daylight scared out of us by Zombies. Each group had a blast and will most definitely do it again next Halloween.
We went to in my opinion a Pretty Fantastic Farm to find our Halloween Pumpkins this year. We had a blast searching their field looking for the Largest and Best Looking Pumpkins that they had to offer. They had some many Pumpkins to offer. We found Pumpkins of all different Sizes, Shapes, and Textures. We ended up getting around 13 pumpkins in total. We even picked up some of the Best Apple Cider I have ever had. I'm not lying when I say it was mouth watering. We had a Blast and will certainly visit again.
While Ice Skating was not on our Fall Bucket List. We still found time to fit in one of our favorite activities. Once we finish our hour long skate session. We headed over to grab a quick bite to eat and to explore a Great Independent Book Store. The day started off Great and ended Wonderfully. We were even able to pick a few new books to read through the Wonderful Fall Season.
At any time we could we drank Hot Chocolate and Apple Cider. We found time to drink some while we were out exploring, while we were working, and even while we were just chilling at home watching a movie. These are our two Favorite Fall and Winter drinks.
We haven't been able to complete our entire list and truthfully this list of things we would like to do during the Fall continues to grow. However it is now time to get back to work, so our Fall Bucket List will have to be put on hold for now.
Let us know in our Comments Section or through any of our Social Medias what some of your Favorite Fall Activities are. We would love to hear and possible add to our forever growing Bucket List.
Have a Great Week!
