Starting your dreaded Monday early has a lot of advantage. Here is a quick list of ways to start of your day. Giving you the power to change the entire mood of your Monday.
1. Eat Breakfast
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day!
Don't skip it. Make an effort to actually sit down and enjoy your meal.
2. Morning Walk
It's okay if you are just not that morning person who can go all out at the gym. It is however still important to get a little bit of activity in before your day officially starts. Try a quick little walk through the neighborhood, even if it is only 15 minutes.
3. Love of Music
Music is magical. Your tunes can bring you happiness. Play some music while your get ready. Go ahead and even sing out loud. It is a fun way to start the day.
Start Your Monday On Friday
Why wait till Monday to start your work week. Here are a few quick tips you should be getting done on Friday, so that Monday is not an overwhelming mess.
Take the time to tidy up and organize your desk before leaving work on Friday. This way when you walk in on Monday morning it is a fresh start.
2. Plan Ahead
Take a few minutes on Friday to create a Monday to do list or goals of what needs to be accomplished in the next 5 days.

Socializing does not just have to be a weekend thing. Allow yourself to have a little fun during the week. Plan a dinner out with friends.

Join a book club I find reading for fun to be extremely relaxing. By joining a book club
not only are you introduced to new authors, but you also get a bit of amazing conversation.
You work hard all week. You know your week is going to be demanding and that some days are going to feel longer then others. So why not give yourself something to look forward to on Mondays.
1. Sweet Treats
Allow yourself a sweet treat every Monday. Something special for you to look forward to.
2. Weekend Purchase
Did you pick up an adorable new pair of shoes over the weekend? Save them for Monday. There is a little special feeling that you get when you wear something new.
Monday Blues are manageable.
