Sometimes having a Job where you need to be Creative all of the time can be Mentally and Emotionally Draining. It's Hard at Times to Always come up with New Article Ideas. As well as find the right words that will help Portray your Idea Properly to your Audience. Over Time I have found a Few Tricks that help Motivate the Inspiration I need to be Creative.

I love my job, I love what I do yet the Number One thing I have Found to be Beneficial to me is to Find Time for my Other Passions in Life. There has to be a Balance for and between Work as well as other Fun Hobbies of Mine. Making Time for all of my Passions allows my Creative Juices to Flow. For example if I just can't find something New to Write about or I'm having Issues with Writing my Ideas Clearly. I will redo a piece of furniture. I know that this also sound like work, yet for me it's relaxing. Working with my hands to Create something New Inspires me as well as Relaxes me.
A Night Away
Due to the fact that the majority of my work is done online I love taking a night off. When I say a night off it's really me just sneaking away for a an overnight camping trip. Unplugging from the online world as well as the general responsibilities of everyday life. I relax, rejuvenate my soul and I come back ready to conquer the world.
Nature does something magical to a persons outlook. I've never been able to pin point what it is. Yet I know that after a short trip outside of the office my creative juices start flowing all over again. I'm relaxed and I see things with more clarity. If your in the city hit up an urban trail. Ride a bike or walk to the coffee shop instead of taking that cab. Its all about getting out and seeing the world around you.
If Writing is Your Passion Then...
If writing is your passion and you have hit writers block try walking away. Not for a minute try walking away for the day. Take an adventure within your neighborhood. And then try writing something for fun. Something that has nothing to do with what your working on.
Head back to your work the next day and just start you can always rewrite later so just go with where the work takes you.
Let us know some of the things you do to stay Creative.

Have a Happy Wednesday!
I grew up in the Northwest where Thrift Shopping is a way of life. It became increasingly popular during the Grudge Years and has really just stuck around. Last week my daughter and I found ourselves on a mission to find Vintage Plaid. Here in the Pacific Northwest Plaid never goes out of style, this I know for sure. With Velvet making its way into most of our closets I thought throwing a little Vintage Plaid over a Velvet outfit would be create a perfect combonation.
THRIFT STORE SHOPPING HAS CHANGED
Gone are the days of finding a Good Bargain or that Ultimate Buy at the Thrift Store. The Pricing that I find at Thrift Stores can be quite Extreme. For instance I have noticed that they ask the Same Prices for things that are Used for something that you could pick up New! This weekend when I went I was shocked when I saw a pair of Jeans (No Special Brand) for $15.00. I know for a fact that I can pick up a New pair of Jeans on clearance at Target for $15.00 and they are New! Why pay the same price for something Used when you can pick it up New?
THE EMPLOYEES ARE ABSOULTY AMAZING
Now I did just complain about the Pricing available at Thrift Stores, but let's be real here. You do have to Pay just a Little Extra for Customer Service. Our experience this last weekend Thrift Store shopping was over the top Excellent! They took the time to have a conversation with us. Letting us know what days to look out for Sales and helping us find the Plaid that we were looking for. It was exceptionally nice of them to stop what they were doing to connect and help us with our Vintage Plaid Mission.
MY SHOPPING EXPIERENCE
We both did find a few pieces to Add into our Wardrobe. We were pretty lucky with our finds and found pieces that still had the original tags on them. However as we were browsing the racks I couldn't help but think that they were asking the same price one would as for that item if it were Brand New. In all reality you won't save any money I believe if you go to a Thrift Store verses a Discount Store.
OF COURSE I WILL GO AGAIN
Although the Shopping Experience as a whole was different tan what I have known as The Thrift Store Experience. There are still Thrift Stores that make some Amazing Contributions to there Community. For that reason of course I will go again. I now just have to change my Expectations and Interpretations of what it is to Thrift Shop.

Have a Great Monday!
Today Marks the First Day of Fall!!
I'll definitely miss the Summer Sun, but I am Extremely Excited for Fall to /kick into Full Effect. With every New Season we like to make a Bucket List of Activities that we would like Experience during that particular Season. Fall 2017 is no exception. I thought that it would be fun to share some of the activities that we have on our Autumn/Fall Bucket List in Todays Blog Post.
Our Bucket List
Photography Scenic Trip
Nathan Anderson - UnSplash
The Pacific Northwest is absolute gorgeous in the Fall. I know that I can not be the only one who feels this way. Seeing as so I thought a trip through the mountains was the best way to go. There is no better way than to spend the day taking beautiful photographs or the wonderfully amazing Pacific Northwest. Your photos might even make the perfect Christmas Gift for someone who like you enjoys and appreciates Nature Photography. So Go ahead and plan your Photography Trip into the Wilderness like us over at Thavin Marcob.
We sadly missed out from Apple Picking last year. We got our dates mixed up and ended up missing it by a few days. However this Year we are Determined not to miss out. It is a Top Priority for us. Picking our own Fruits is something that we like to do Each Season. I think that there is no better way to Spend a Crisp Fall Day than to go Apple Picking with Family.
Drink Plenty of Hot Apple Cider & Hot Chocolate
With the Air getting colder there is no better thing to pair it with than a nice Hot cup of Hot Chocolate or Apple Cider. I Love welcoming Fall into my Home with a Friendly Family Game Night Accompanied with a Hot Mug of Chocolate/Apple Cider. My Family also loves to hang out in our backyard starring up at the stars when the Fall Season is upon us. We all deeply enjoy getting outside and enjoying Nature Along side a nice cup of Coco or Cider.
Hay Rides, Pumpkin Patches, and Corn Mazes
I find that no matter how old my five children get. They all still love Picking Pumpkins as much as when they were little. I think that it has something to do with Playing in the Mud and Competing to see who can find the Biggest Roundest Pumpkin. As long as we get to spend some Happy Family Time Together, it dose not bother me what we do. Thankfully though I enjoy playing in the Mud as much as my children do. Although while I am not a fan of Corn Mazes, they seem to have a blast every year. They find it hysterical when they hide a few yards ahead of me. Only to Jump out and Scare the Living Daylights out of me. When it comes to this I am Happy that Scaring me Helps them bond.
Eat As Much Pumpkin Spice Flavored Treats As Possible
One of the most Iconic things that has developed around the Fall Season is Pumpkin Spiced Everything. Like some I too found hilarity in how many things can be flavored like Pumpkin. However this year instead of trying to fight the Pumpkin Spice. I am choosing to embrace it. I'll admit I don't think that I will be eating a ton of things Flavored Pumpkin Spice, but I will promise to be a little adventurous and try some things. For no One has Fun if they stay in their Comfort Zone all their Life.
I hope that everyone has an Amazing First Day of Fall! Let us know in the Comments Section or through any of our Social Media Pages what your Fall Bucket List is. We would Love to know as well as find more Inspiration of activities to add to our own.

Hope You Day Is Wonderful And Productive!
I know that Title Caught Your Eye.
Everyone wants to know how to be Rude with a Smile because let's admit it Customer Service can be Extremely Hard. Trust me it is not even an Over Exaggeration. If you're having an Off Day you find that you could care less about your Customers Story. However when you Work in Customer Service you have to make sure you Check your Attitude at the Door and put a Smile on no matter how Forced it might be. While it may be hard to do. It is something everyone has to Learn if they want to be Successful. We have a few Key things that we like to do when Customer Service gets a little rough.
Listening is the Key Component to this Encounter. It should Start at the Very Beginning of the Interaction and Last until the End. Even though the temptation is there Do Not under any Circumstances be Sarcastic. It is important to remember that everything being said is not personal. Your customer may just be having a Bad Day or there could be a Bigger Issue at Hand. Regardless your Job is to put a Smile on and Try to Resolve the Issue as Calmly as Possible.
Keep Calm. It is Natural for things to Escalate between two people if they are both on edge and trying to speak over each other. The goal here is to Avoid that particular Situation. By Keeping Calm, you need to allow your customer to Vent. Through this you need to find the Problem they have and come up with a Solution that can make all parties as Happy as Possible.
We even have inventory!
Know Your Limits
When a dissatisfied customer is having a conversation with you. I believe that is important for you to know your limits. While "The Customer Is Always Right" saying might work in some situations. I do not necessarily think it is called for in all. If you can help it, don't let the customer make you their punching bag for the day. You solely are not responsible for making everything right in there world. If they have a complaint, listen, and then explain why something is the way it is or why that may have happened. Always try to rectify the issue at hand, but you deserve to be treated with the same respect that your customers deserve. It is also important to keep a level head during these encounters.
Ask The Customer
Sometimes all you need to do is ask. Ask your customer what they would like to see happen.
Sometimes it really is just that easy. I have found that when you are pleasant and positive. Your customer will mostly change their tone and also become more pleasant and positive. It is important to remember it is not about the sale it is about the experience your customer has with you and your business.
Until Next Week,
I Thought that if would be Fun For Today's Blog to Discuss that Supper Soft, Comfy Fabric we all know as Velvet. Velvet is where it is this season. Pants, Tops, Shoes, Jumpsuits, Hats, you name it. It is the Fabric of Choice this Season. If you don't Already have at least one Velvet Piece in your Wardrobe. Then Go out and Find that Perfect Pieces to Help you Welcome in Fall 2017.
Seeing as Our Eyes are About to be Graced with Many Velvet Outfits, Worn by All People. I thought That I Would Present my Personal Velvet Do's and Do Not's List.
