Winter Break Is My Absolute Favorite!
I Love the Lazy Days, Long Conversations, Sleep in Mornings, and all the Memories made. As much I look Forward to the Long-Awaited Winter Break. I also Dread the Day that I must return to the Hustle and Bustle of my Everyday Life.
In Preparation for knowing the Struggles, I feel just about every year when Winter Break comes to an End. I have Created a Tried and True List of Five Tips to Follow up after Enjoying a Wonderful Winter Break. These Tips are a Great Way to Ease just about anyone back into their everyday lives.
I am a Huge Fan of To-Do Lists. In all Honesty, on a Daily Bases, I like to write down all the Activities/Chores that I Accomplished that Day. This way I can Physically see how Productive or Unproductive I was. I Find this to be just as Strong a Motivator as a To-Do List is. However, the Beneficial Aspects of Creating A To-Do List is that you can give yourself the Proper amount of Time to Complete Each Activity before Break Ends. This also Allows you to set up your activities in the most Time Efficient way possible because when it comes to the ending hours of Winter Break, every moment counts. An Added Bonus to Creating and Following a To-Do List in the ending days of Break is that you can mentally prepare yourself for the Daily Routine Changes that will occur.

We had an Amazing Christmas Celebration in our home this year, as I Hope you did. The Holidays and Christmas bring Christmas Gifts from Our Loved Ones. Which Translates to Inviting More stuff to Fill up your Living Space. Therefore, before you Jump Back into Your Regular Routine, Try to Take Time to Declutter.

Such Include Sounder Sleep, Reducing Stress,
and/or Helping Reduce Anxiety Levels.
While You Are Decluttering, You Might as Well put in a Little More Effort and Organize.
Reorganizing Allows you time to Leisure Around, Take Stock in what you have, and To Place things in Easy to Find Locations. No more Searching around the Closet for your Favorite Belt because you now know Exactly where it is. I know that I am not the Only Person Who Absolutely Loves the Feeling of Instantly Finding the thing that you want.
It’s Hard to Say Goodbye to Old Friends and Family. Expect the Let Down or Goodbye Blues to Come Over You. As you Pack Away the Christmas Decorations and Say Goodbye to Family and Friends. This is a Hard Feeling to Battle and One that You can not really Avoid. However, if you Prepare Yourself, you will hopefully be able to Bounce Back Faster and Functionally Return to Your Everyday Life.
CREATE NEW GOALS FOR THE MONTH
Create New Goals for The Month. Not New Year's Resolutions. Just a Few Simple and Attainable Goals You Want to Accomplish for the Month. This will give you something To Look Forward To and something To Work Towards. Now once you have this Set of Goals. Do Not Go and Hide your Paper where you Can't See It. Leave it somewhere where it Catches Your Eye At least Once a Day. This way you have that Subtle Reminder that You Have Goals You Want To Accomplish.
