It's National Entrepreneurs Day!
So let's take a second and say thank you to those entrepreneurs near and far! They are innovative, focused, and determined. They are raising the bar everyday. Stretching beyond their comfort zone and making waves!
Being an entrepreneur is hard work, for one you are completely responsible for your own success. There is no one to pass the blame on to if you fail. The failure is yours. You have to own it, but here is the beauty of entrepreneurs around the world. They don't see failure the way the average person does.
They see failure as a learning experience. They take that lesson and they learn from it. They learn and they improve. Continuous thirst for knowledge and reform for improvement is the secret key for every and all entrepreneurs.
Entrepreneurs have bad days. They experience those days where nothing seems to be fitting right. Where it seems like you are trying to assemble a puzzle where half of the pieces don't belong to the picture you are working on. Yet still they persist. Entrepreneurs keep going when all reasoning says stop. Even when they feel defeated and they just want to stop. They don't, they keep going they are reaching high and hard to achieve their dreams, to ensure their vision is fulfilled.
Entrepreneurs are always celebrating the small things.
Small things lead to big things and that is why we will take the win where and when we can. We know that every small victory leads us one step closer to where we want to be. Therefore we celebrate, maybe not for long, but we do take that moment to recognize the success. To see it for what it is a win and then we get back to it. We start reaching for the next win.
It doesn't mater where you are in your journey. Whether you are just starting out or have been in the game for awhile. The truth is that today is your day. It's your day to shine. It's your day to recognize all that you have accomplished and it's your day to recognize that one day you will reach your greater goal.
You Got This! Keep You Head High!
Happy Entrepreneur Day!
Fitness, as most things in life, is a very individual experience. The way you approach it depends on your lifestyle and preferences, and there isn’t really a one-size-fits-all kind of deal. The routine you make needs to be tailored to your specific needs and abilities, and this is usually what people get wrong when they’re trying to get in shape. They start it off by following someone else’s success plan, and then get discouraged when things don’t pan out and progress comes at a very slow pace. Well, that’s what we’re here to talk about today. For anyone who’s looking to start living healthy and working more on their body, there are steps that you can take to create your ultimate routine. Here’s how you can go about it
How often you should exercise
Depends on your schedule, really. You can stick to 3-4 longer workouts a week, but research shows that 30-minute workouts, 6 days a week are equally effective. A good workout is the key to fitness, and you really should pick something that you enjoy. Team sports or solitary exercise, slow and steady or competitive, indoor or outdoor. If you want to know how to find your soulmate workout, you only need to look at your own interests and preferences. Don’t go running just because you heard it’s good cardio, and don’t push yourself into gym classes that feel really boring. Find something that you like and you’ll stick to it with a lot more ease.
Perhaps you do have free time in the evening but find yourself feeling too unmotivated, so you’d do better with a morning routine. Perhaps the exact opposite is true! Try different things, and see what the easiest thing to turn into a real habit is.
Make dieting easy
A good workout is the key to fitness, and you really should pick something that you enjoy. Team sports or solitary exercise, slow and steady or competitive, indoor or outdoor. If you want to know how to find your soulmate workout, you only need to look at your own interests and preferences. Don’t go running just because you heard it’s good cardio, and don’t push yourself into gym classes that feel really boring. Find something that you like and you’ll stick to it with a lot more ease.
Don’t be afraid of weight lifting
A good workout incorporates weight lifting, but you don’t really need anything heavy. Small, light dumbbells are really great because they’ll give you very good muscle definition and tone your whole body, and you should try to have at least one weight lifting day a week.
Be realistic about your goals
Don’t set out to lose fifty pounds in two months just because you’re impatient. Any crash diets and extreme workouts tend to burn people out pretty fast, and you’re a lot more likely to fail than if you were to simply go slow and be mindful. Fitness is a lifestyle change, not a way for you to squeeze into a pair of skinny jeans by the time your birthday comes.
Take it one habit at a time
To tie this into the previous point, don’t expect a huge change overnight. It’s very, very difficult to go from a couch potato to a person who exercises every day and always eats healthy. Try to introduce good habits gradually, and don’t get discouraged if you stumble and fail. Just because you caved in and ate some pizza for dinner doesn’t mean you need to give up on your whole diet. The same thing goes for getting lazy and not exercising for a whole week. Pick up where you left off and try to do better, but don’t scold yourself for not managing everything on the first go.
The general philosophy is this: the ultimate fitness routine is the one you can stick to. Something that gives you joy and doesn’t require you to change your entire life to follow it, and something that will ultimately become a treasured part of your lifestyle rather than a chore. Find what you like, then enjoy it

Laptop Lifestyle and How to Turn Your Passion Into Profit
Just like motivational coaches, there are literally thousands of articles about making money online. And that is not really the problem – the problem is that quite a big percentage of them exist simply to convince you to sign up for some webinar, seminar or a training session in order to become an online billionaire. Boo-hoo. And stuff like this gives online money a bad name. However, it really is possible to make money online – and there are more ways than one, depending on your personal preferences.
Before we begin, there are some general tips you must follow before you start swimming through this ocean:
Number one: take this seriously and be professional. Yes, you are applying for an online job and you will do your interview with a button-down on top and your Snoopy underwear and Simpsons socks on the bottom below the table, but that doesn’t mean this isn’t a real job. If you don’t treat it that way, your future employers won’t treat you seriously as well. And trust me on this one, the competition for these jobs is huge. Write complete sentences with proper grammar, don’t be too laid back, and remember that you are the one who is building their view of you.
Number two: Don’t give out your all. Whether you are providing photography portfolio, writing samples or something else, give your employers just enough to get the idea, but not too many so they don’t know where to start. Also, give some background information but not your whole life story. And make sure whatever you send is good to go, spell checked and double-checked!
Now, let’s get to the strategies.
Whether you already have a website or blog, or are still dreaming your ideas up, you can also look into this form of marketing. Basically, with affiliate marketing you partner up with businesses and brands within your website’s content. And if you mention a service or product, you link to that service with a unique affiliate code you received when you signed up for that affiliate program. From there, you will be making money whenever someone buys a service or products through your link.
If you are an expert in any field, you can find people who are willing to pay you to counsel them on their business or personal goals. No matter whether you think you are important enough or not, you can be surprised at all the types of expertise people are paying for.
If you have any skill you want to teach others, you can set up an online course and market it online. There are many platforms where you can upload your materials and manage customers and payments.
If you have a creative talent and writing skills, you’ve probably already heard that it is possible to get paid to create online content. There are some bloggers who make over $200 000 per year just by creating content for other websites. The key to making it in this area is figuring out your niche, networking with people that can hire you and, of course, delivering a quality content all the time.
Online surveys are one of the easiest ways to make money online and therefore, one of the best ones as well. Let’s face it, we are all struggling to make money these days, and a little extra cash is always welcome. They usually take just a few minutes of your time and require your opinions only. Quite handy if you ask me.
If your social media following is large, you can make money by pursuing ads and sponsored posts. How does this work you may ask? Well, many companies are more than willing to pay social media influencers and bloggers to promote their services or products. If you have a platform such as huge Instagram following or a successful blog, you can cash in. This is really cool because usually there is not just the cash, but a bunch of free stuff for you as well.
YouTube is another quite successful platform that has made it possible for everyone to earn money online. There are tons of channels with big following that are earning money in exchange for their time and videos. If you are creative and love doing videos, start your YouTube channel as a fun new way to earn cash. You can use the platform’s own ad network or get sponsored posts.
Which one of these ways you like best? Do you have some more ideas you would like to share? Feel free to leave your comment.
If these were the 1960’s, we would probably say that you spend most of your time at home and that you have to invest in your house or apartment to make it feel more comfortable and cozy. However, it’s 2018 and the time we spend in our offices can sometimes be more than half of our day. This means that we also have to pay special attention to making our office a better place – one that we won’t have any problem spending time in. There are many ways to make your working space stand out, but if you’re in the fashion industry and serve people trends, it’s very advisable that you make your working space modern and unique, as this will make your brand even stronger. Killing two birds with one stone, eh? Take a look at the possible ways to enhance your working space
1. Introduce technology
Technology plays a great role nowadays, not only in the daily life of an individual but the corporate life as well. If you want to be modern and follow the latest trends (which you definitely should if you’re a fashion business), you need to implement as much technology as you can. This means interactive whiteboards, electrified surfaces, “touch down” areas for mobile devices and other gadgets. Using state-of-the-art technology is not only important for the general feel of your working space; it also makes any job way easier. Moreover, making your employees feel good about their job and giving them the ability to finish a task quickly is definitely something you should invest in.
2. Make it comfortable
Imagine having to spend more than 8 hours a day in a space you find depressing, dark and totally uncomfortable. This can have serious consequences on your mental health and mood as an individual, but also on the team dynamics. The best way to deal with this is to make the working space as comfortable as you can. For example, smell is very important, so the first step that you should take is to implement pleasant fragrance oils and make your whole working space smell like flowers (or any other scent that you like). Furthermore, choose comfortable and bright pieces of furniture for the lounge area where the employees can take a break and drink a cup of coffee while recharging their batteries for the next task.
3. Consider collaborative areas
Speaking of lounge areas, you should definitely consider making as many such collaborative areas as possible. Of course, you won’t be making more than one lounge area for your employees, but think about conference rooms and small benches and tables where your employees could get together and discuss an important matter. Collaboration is the key to everything, and this will certainly enhance the motivation and thus performance. It’s up to you if you want to make some of these collaborative areas formal, and even though you should have a conference room that would be a collaborative area for burning and urgent matters, make sure to leave a couple of informal ones for all of your employees. It’s always better to work in a collaborative space than in private offices.
4. Make it open
This greatly depends on the way your working space was designed, but if there’s any possibility to lower the panels or remove the dividers between your employees, you should definitely do so. This encourages the “teaming” of your employees, making them share information and solve matters in a matter of minutes. Not only that, but it also does wonders for the overall atmosphere and sends a great message to all other companies.
5. Choose the colors wisely
Lastly, it doesn’t matter if you’re trying to make your fashion business bigger and your employees more productive or if you want to make your working space feel comfy – you should pay special attention to the colors that you choose. For example, if productivity is your main concern, then choosing from the blue palette is key, as many say that this color enhances productivity the most. On the other hand, if you want creativity (and bearing in mind that fashion is your business, you certainly want creativity) opt for the yellow palette. Stay away from minimalistic dark colors such as black or dark grey – but if you’ve already chosen these, make sure to make the working space more interesting by including colorful details such as a lot of plants, lazy bags in bright colors and colorful paintings or prints on the walls.
It is said that our working space is our second home, probably because of the amount of time we spend there. This is the main reason to do whatever it takes to make it stand out. However, it’s not only important to do this for the sake of our own mental health, but also for that of our employees, potential customers and the general image of our brand.
